Our distillery is open by appointment only, offering a personal, behind-the-scenes experience that's a world away from a typical visitor attraction.

The distillery is small, so tour numbers are kept strictly limited.

Despite our size, there's plenty to discover as you follow the rum-making journey from start to finish. And, because we're also one of only a handful of distilleries in the UK that craft our rum entirely in-house, you will gain a rare insight into authentic rum production.
