An extremely limited edition of 108 bottles, with each bottle numbered and labelled by hand.

A white rum, made with organic panela, and crafted through a meticulous process utilising the rich feints from over 10 distillations, carefully blended with an aged wash, and then undergoing a patient distillation period spanning 18 hours.

Despite its robust bottling strength of 48.4 percent, it boasts a silky smoothness, and a nuanced flavour profile revealing notes of butterscotch, caramel, with a subtle interplay of grassiness and hay. It is unaged, unspiced, and uncoloured.

Packaged in eco-friendly cardboard hex packaging.

We put a lot of love into crafting our rums, keeping it simple and embracing the weathers influence on our trusty copper alembic. When autumn gives way to winter, we enjoy the moments when sunlight streams into the distillery, bringing a cozy warmth. That's when we whipped up our second edition rum and decided to call it 'Apricity.' It's all about those good vibes, embodying warmth and comfort, and inviting you to kick back and enjoy the unique flavours that pop up during this special season.
